St. Gabriel's Makira

The house is at Goromanu, near the Centre own by the Diocese. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to drive from Kirakira the Provincial Headquarters. If you are travelling from Honiara, it takes 24 hours by boat and 1 hour and 45 minutes by plane.

Ministry

• Touring the diocese, either by walking long distances or by outboard motor, which quite often the sea is not very kind.

• Visit Kirakira hospital once in a week.

• Lead Services and Sunday School on Sundays.

• Sisters do join in workshops organised by the Diocese in the Centre.
